Return & Refund Policy (Bed Linen Products)

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund terms carefully:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for unused, unwashed, and unaltered bed linen products.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
  • Clearance or discounted sale items are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video proof.
  • Replacement or refund will be processed after verification.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

5. Exchange Option

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and applicable only for size or color variations of the same product.
