Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be canceled using our website.

Return Policy:

1. Returns and exchanges are available for selected products only. The return information is provided on the product page on our website. The return policy for a product can be changed without prior notice.
2. If we do not have a pick-up service available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
3. Refunds will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
4. Return and exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Note for Return:

• The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return and exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (refer to the product page) will not be accepted.
• A parcel opening video is mandatory for return/exchange claims.
